以国外的经验看，股市上涨，老百姓赚到钱后，房地产的价格才会上涨。到股市泡沫最多的时候，也是房价最高的时候。中国总是不一样阿，房价和股市都由大款和机构操纵。象我等草民，没有外财，只能苦等将来了...
