Goverment Computer News: 国土安全部9月2日公布了一个增强各州和本地政府（local authorities，翻译可能有错）恐怖信息共享的计划，作为重组安全功能的一个环节。

CWIN 的延续？好像是独立的网络，主要是政府部门使用。在建中的项目还有GEWIS，三者应该是相互作用。DHS确实投入了不少。
