美国参院通过反垃圾邮件法案

Internetnews: 上周四美国参院商务委员会通过了针对垃圾邮件的法案（S. 877），如果垃圾邮件发送者没有明确的标识或者使用误导的主题可能会入狱一年、罚金100万。

当前，垃圾邮件之风已经愈演愈烈，占到整个邮件的45％，从技术上来看很难消除，立法是个很好的选择。
